The Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program offers supplemental nutritious foods, nutrition education and counseling, and screening and referrals to other health, welfare and social services. To find Food and Nutrition WIC services in your area, visit fns.usda.gov.
The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) offers nutrition assistance to millions of eligible, low-income individuals and families. Visit fns.usda.gov to find your local SNAP office or local hotline number.

Farmers Market Nutrition Programs
The WIC Farmers Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) and Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) provide WIC recipients and low-income seniors with fresh, nutritious, unprepared, locally grown fruits, vegetables, and herbs from approved farmers in Pennsylvania.

Provides a monthly box of food to Seniors 60+ low income. To participate, you must register in person at a partner agency that distributes boxes. Take proof and age proof of income. You can assign someone else to pick up your food box.
